In Conversation with Dame Katherine Grainger DBE, Chair of UK Sport

During this Olympic year we're pleased to welcome Olympian Dame Katherine Grainger as she shares her personal leadership insights before taking questions from the audience. Katherine is a former Olympic athlete, the current Chair of UK Sport and the first British woman to win medals at five successive Olympic Games, including Gold at London 2012. For services to rowing and charity, she was awarded an MBE in 2006, a CBE in 2013 and her Damehood in 2017. She serves as an ambassador, patron or board member of various charities and sporting bodies.

Value-Centred Leadership: Stakeholder Expectations Workshop

Explore how leaders can manage conflicting needs and expectations across multiple stakeholder groups and how an organisation’s values can be an asset in doing this. During the workshop we will also consider the importance of a strong set of personal values in supporting organisational objectives, as well as the possible challenges that this might present.
