Share challenges with leaders from different walks of life, post-programme.
The connections made on a programme are often long-lasting and rooted in a shared experience and style of learning. Many alumni want to continue the conversations and opportunity to gain honest, open feedback that they experience on our programmes, underpinned by the ethos of trust that Windsor Leadership creates.
Working Groups are for those alumni who have completed our higher level Experienced Leaders programme or equivalent. The groups build on programme experiences and sustain learning with peers from different sectors.
Working Groups meet quarterly and allow members to give and receive tailored practical input from one another on their ongoing leadership challenges.
Each Group is chaired by an experienced Windsor Leadership chair, whose prime responsibility is to enhance the quality of input and output. Held under Chatham House Rule, conversations are of a quality and depth that members cannot necessarily access in any other way.
How it works
Each individual will benefit from eight sessions per year, four group meetings and four one to one coaching sessions with the chair. These sessions enable identification and preparation of issues for group input and ensure the forward-looking nature of discussions.
The key to success of these groups is the nature of the relationships between members and the extent to which their personalities, skills and experience complement one another. An initial conversation with the chair ensures the most appropriate ‘fit’ to enable everyone to make a positive contribution.
How to join
To participate in a Working Group, you will be asked to commit for a minimum of a year. Annual membership is £4,000 per annum. A limited number of bursary places are available for not-for-profit organisations.
If you would like to find out more about joining, please email Liz or call her on 01753 839734.
